Yoga done wrong can have adverse effects on human health!

Yoga poses are good for your health and there is no debate about this fact. But if done wrong, they can lead to dangerous consequences and may affect your health in a negative way. Of course, these side effects of yoga can be avoided, but you got to know the first to avoid them. Here are a few:

Yoga stretches lead to fractures and muscle strains
If your body is not flexible, yoga poses some could injure your muscles and causes severe pain and internal bleeding. Some yoga poses can even lead to fractures or broken bones delicate. This case is even more true if you have fragile bones or sensitive. Ruptures like this can take months to heal and may even need surgery.

Some of the yoga poses are so complex that even the experts do not understand them well. For example, kundalini yoga. Yoga poses like this done wrong can have adverse effects on you mentally. This is called the syndrome of kundalini.
